A couple of important notes: 1. Sadly, to make ends meet, we will have to charge p&p, which be added to your invoice before you complete your order. 2. This first edition only has a print run of 2 000. It is very much a trial and we have already found a couple of typos (aargh!) No doubt more will be revealed. They don’t spoil the story but please be aware that they are there. 3. We will be bringing out a second edition and an e-book and audio version in due course, so if you want to wait, we quite understand. Thank you.
